TRAINING DELIVERY OPTIONS
ONLINE TRAINING
Online Training allows learners to allocate training according to their needs and complete this where and when it suits them and the business. Learners can simply log into S.T.A.R. to access their modules with an included range of industry resources and videos.
At the end of each module, they complete an assessment to check their understanding and comprehension of key concepts before receiving a certificate of completion accessible by the learner and their manager.
FACE-TO-FACE TRAINING
Face-to-Face Training is undertaken in a 3-day course allowing personnel to be trained in a small-group environment with extensive interaction with the trainer and other participants.
Covering similar material to the online course, the face-to-face training is fully interactive. It provides the additional practical experiences working with real equipment to develop hands-on skills while receiving real-time feedback and competence assessments.
